Is there parking?

Yes — there's parking behind the building. If that lot is full, head out of the exit and you'll find a City lot on the left side of the street, behind Coral Gables City Hall, that usually has spots available.

What should I bring?

Just water and yourself. Bala-branded mats are provided.

Is this safe for my trimester?

Classes are open to all trimesters. Most moms start in their second trimester, and every class is modified for wherever you are.

Are classes available in Spanish?

Classes in Spanish are coming soon. If that's something you'd like, and we'll email you the moment they open — it also helps us plan.
